postesdate de publication: 2010-07-15 réf. jb1539484 manager finance & controlling (m/f)takata responsibilities: - overall responsibility for the finance & controlling function (including taxes) at takata petri maroc s.a.r.l. - recruitment and management of a small finance & controlling team at the moroccan site - establishment and optimization of finance & controlling structures and commercial business processes - development and implementation of standard costing procedures for the moroccan production plant - management and monitoring of financial accounts, including the preparation of annual financial statements according to moroccan gaap. - cooperation with local auditors and tax consultants - preparation of budgets and forecasts, including the forecasting and planning of cash - preparation of the corporate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages according to us gaap, including the analysis of budget vs. actual variances - preparation of feasibility studies to back up capital expenditure requests, make-or-buy decisions, and similar projects. - supporting the managing director by providing transparent and on-time financial key data.
